We believe that tools that enhance your remote management should not have any diversions such as advertising or data collection. That's why we offer a trial period with no restrictions, but we don't offer a free product for quality and protection of your business.

Monthly fee only! There is no charge upfront for membership or training fees. Your company will only pay the monthly fee proportional to the chosen plan and only after trying it out. Depending on the number of people in your team, you will be able to choose which plan best suits your needs.

We simplify your decision making as much as possible. Basically, you need to analyze how many people your company will need at first and choose a plan that accommodates them all. If you need to change your plan to fit the rest of the team or a growth, easily make the switch in the control panel. Simple, fast, no bureaucracy and no pranks.

When you open your account, you are given a 7-day trial period. We will not ask for credit cards or payment/billing details. At any time during the trial, you can purchase one of the available plans and will be charged from that moment onwards (prepaid). Plan changes can be made at any time without bureaucracy.

We don't have a minimum contract. At any time, you can reduce or cancel your company's plan and you can use the platform until the last day of your active billing cycle.

Some plans or campaigns may be offered during your journey as a customer or when you are testing Mokaly, but the existing plans are mentioned above and are proportional to the amount of users and features desired by your company.

Yes, anytime.

Your company can change to plans that include more or less users.

- - If a plan increase is requested (with more users), the pro-rata amount will be calculated and charged at the time of the change, so that in the next billing cycle the monthly fee is predictable.
- If a reduction is requested (with less users), your next billing cycle will be with the new value and you can stay until the last day of the cycle with the current amount of users.

Yes! Mokaly is the latest technology in videoconferences, chats, audio chats and file exchanges. All communication is encrypted by industry-recognized standards.

Our plans can be paid by Visa or Mastercard credit card (national or international) and charges are made in Reais for companies in Brazil (without exchange variations). For other countries, charges are in Dollars.
Exceptionally, we are accepting payments by bank slip or Pix, for companies located in Brazil.

Yes, for companies located in Brazil, the invoice for the provision of services is issued and the collection is made in Reais. WIthout surprises or exchange variations.
